This version of the UV Tanning Certification is for Ohio Member Salons. According to Ohio's state tanning regulations: If you are not a Smart Tan Member, you must view the certification materials and take the test at a proctored site. Becoming a Smart Tan Member makes your salon a proctored site, and the test can be taken online from your salon. All non-members will be issued a voucher to take with them to a proctored site where they can complete the training and take the test.

Duplicate certificates will be provided for a fee within 4 years of completion. After 4 years to obtain a new certificate, the course must be retaken.
