Customer Communications - Operator's Track

There are lots of questions about what you can and can’t say in your salon about your tanning services. Our newest training is designed to make you aware of your salon’s messaging in your store, on your website, in your advertising, on social networks, etc.

This training is offered in two modules – one for managers and one for operators. Both trainings are uniquely tailored to the situations that affect each, with real-life examples on how best to respond.
