Consultant’s Corner: Has Your Revenue Stream Sprung a Leak?

The best, most effective salon marketing is actually a combination of multiple systems working together. Since it’s fall and we are in football season, think of a championship football team: a team of players on the field, working togehter each with one specific job or responsibility. If they all perform perfectly and in unison, they would probably win the Super Bowl.

However, having a great quarterback doesn’t do much good if the offensive line doesn’t provide good pass protection or if the receivers keep dropping the ball.

Your marketing is exactly the same thing. You need effective “scoring” systems in place, not just one or two random events. They all need to work together and be cost-effective, measurable, reliable, and predictable. In a perfect world, all of this would happen automatically, day and night, even in your sleep.
