Increase Black Friday Sales Without Cutting Prices

Black Friday marketing has become mainly a battle for the attention of your target market, while having the best deals or the lowest prices. Now, although this is the nature of most Black Friday marketing, I want to encourage you to try something a little different. I am not a big fan of discounts, because I am such a huge fan of thinking about your margins in your business.

Remember, in the commerce world or retail world, our prospects are already thinking about who is giving them the best deals. They are looking for deals. So the question becomes, as you move into the holidays with marketing, how can you give the best possible deals without giving too much of a discount?
